A divisor is a number that divides another number evenly, leaving no remainder. In other words, when you divide one number by another and the result is a whole number without any remainder, then the second number is a divisor of the first number.
For example, if we consider the number 10, its divisors are 1, 2, 5, and 10 because when we divide 10 by each of these numbers, the division is exact with no remainder.
