Rectangle

A rectangle is a four-sided polygon with opposite sides that are equal in length and four right angles (90-degree angles). The opposite sides of a rectangle are also parallel to each other.

Properties of a Rectangle:

• Right angles: All four angles of a rectangle are right angles (90 degrees).

• Area: The area of a rectangle is calculated as length multiplied by width (A = l * w).
• Perimeter: The perimeter of a rectangle is calculated as the sum of all four sides (P = 2l + 2w).

Rectangles are commonly found in everyday objects such as doors, windows, and picture frames.
