Determine Appropriate Standard of Units

When measuring quantities, it's important to use the appropriate standard of units to ensure consistency and accuracy. The standard units are specific, internationally recognized measurements for different quantities.

Length

For length, the standard unit is the meter (m). This is used to measure distances, heights, widths, and other linear dimensions.

Mass

Mass is measured in kilograms (kg), which is the standard unit for this quantity. It is used to measure the amount of matter in an object.

Volume
