Rhombus

A rhombus is a type of quadrilateral, which is a polygon with four sides. What sets a rhombus apart from other quadrilaterals is that all of its sides are of equal length. This means that opposite sides of a rhombus are parallel and congruent.

Additionally, a rhombus also has some other unique properties:

Opposite angles of a rhombus are equal.
The diagonals of a rhombus bisect each other at right angles, meaning they intersect at a 90-degree angle.
The diagonals of a rhombus are of equal length, and each diagonal divides the rhombus into two congruent right-angled triangles.

These properties make the rhombus a special type of quadrilateral with its own distinct characteristics and relationships between its sides and angles.
